Cool but cheap cars for a teenager any advice?

Im looking for a new car but im only a teenager and only have $5000 spending money. so im looking for a used car. but any ideas on which model you think i'd be able to get. I want a mustang, but it looks like it'll be a while before i can get one of those. So what kind of car should i get?Cool but cheap cars for a teenager any advice?

i say if you want a mustang you could buy an older mustang( in the mid 60s). But with saying that it would likely be a lot of maintance and probably only be in stick shift. Dont know how big a problem this is for you.
A Honda Civic is always a safe bet. It's a win-win situation for both teens and adults.
