...on how better to understand you, what would you say?Teenagers - If you could give your parents advice...?
i would tell them to just let me be me and i will learn from what i do myself..i don't need them telling me what i'm doing wrong because most likely i know. we always know, we just don't do it. the more my parents pressure ma bout something the more i want to piss them off about it. just let me be, i'll be fine. promise.Teenagers - If you could give your parents advice...?
id tell my mom 2 stop tryin 2 b cool and all up in my buisiness!
since i live with my dad i would just tell him to try to stay out of the girl stuff cause he doesnt need to know every detail of my life
I would say, give me more independence
I'll say chill out man, we know what we are doing!
When I don't want to talk don't talk to me. Otherwise we will get into a fight. And it will be all my fault and then I'll feel bad.
Ive got leprosy get away
I hear you the first time you say it. Just because I don't remember right away doesn't mean the information does not compute. Everyone telling me things more than twice makes me feel stupid. So stop.
YOU NEED TO SEE, OPEN YOUR EYES AND YOU'LL SEE HOW SICK I AM!
excuse the caps there
i would say that even though that they themselves were once teens doesnt mean that the stiuations are the same. times have changed, and im not them.
mama, if you dont trust me, of course im gonna rebel, you gotta let me go sometimes, and trust that i learned what you taught
you have to let go and trust us to do the right thing and be safe. quit being so overprotective and let go a little!!!
I do actually care about school, so get off my back about it. jk
stop being overprotected im old enough to know whats right and whats wrong.
well, most teenagers don't come to their parents, they expect the parents to come to them, even if they do push away. Me, not so much because I'm lucky and I don't really have any drama or anything with my life. Um...I guess by just asking lots of questions about them and get to know them as a friend, but definitely do not lose touch with the parent side either. Balance is key.
