You will probably adjust your educational goals at some point, but I would suggest that a double major may not be wise with regard to maintaining a high GPA and finishing in 4 years.
Now you could follow the normal path of someone desiring to get into a good school. What advice would you give a teenager interested in law enforcement?
If you are not even in high school yet you do not need to worry about your career. Your ideas will be changing so often you can not remember your aspirations from yesterday. If you do continue in the Law Enforcement direction open your eyes to more than just FBI.

Stop watching CSI and grow up.
It takes around 8 years of college and extensive training to make it anywhere as a federal agent. Something you probably don't have.
Damn kids watch the TV and think ';why not! I'll be a cop!'; what other vocations will kids dream about next?
Sounds like you're on the right track! Go for ride-alongs, take law enforcement classes if your high school offers them, and get in shape! You'll need it for the academy, trust me.
Rachel's answer was spot-on
Fitness.....your running, weight training, etc. I'm sure there's a nice obstacle course you'll have to complete......
