Teenagers: I Need advice about teen party............?

My daughter will be 15 on Halloween. This is her first year in high school and she has really made alot of friends. So this is the first party she has had in a long time. I need game/party ideas for a 4 hour party. Don't want it to seem lame to your generation. Please help.Teenagers: I Need advice about teen party............?
theres one thing my friend did for her Halloween party it was so fun and funny.





one we bobbed for apples in water, you time the person and see how much apples you can get out of the bucket





And then you bob for marshmallows in flour, with the same timeing idea, but the thing is that since your face is wet and u put it in flour its funny cause your face gets COVERED!! lol then we take pictures of everyone then everyone obviously washed there face.

I think you should let your daughter plan the party. You can give input and ideas and stuff, and help her whenever she needs it, but i think she knows best of all what would be lame or not lame to her generation. Plus, every group of friends is different so it depends. But I know for a lot of people, high school is kind of beyond the point where the parents plans parties with set games and activities. I think its great your open to ideas and are letting her throw a party though :)
They are deffenelty going to want to dance. they might feel shy at first if the parent is around you should ask them what kind of music they like to dance 2 then just leave the room for abit. Afterwards make then have alittle talent show or the classic take the apple out of the barrel of water with your mouth we see that on tv alot but not at real parties. Really what most teens like is having fun with out there parents being around much. just check up on them once in awhile and maybe they all should go trick or treating at the end. Hope this helps :)
I'm 19 and I remember my freshman year, we thought we were too cool for games, we just wanted to hang out and dance with music. organized games were lame to us! As for cheap decorations, check out target. tht where I got decoratins for my party this year!
Tell her not to drink anything there! and if she does make sure she has opened it herself and keeps an eye on it...if she puts it down get a new drink...I'm sorry I'm 16 and I know guys who tried slipping me roofees
Umm like, she could set up a little mini runway and everyone can show off their clothes and pretend to be models, guitar hero, watching movies, doing each others hair / makeup, Truth or Dare .
uhh, spin the bottle lol. i really dont know it all depends on her likings, for example if she is goth or something obviassly you wont put anything pink.
