Well you should not have put yourself in a position to get pregnant if you did not want to get pregnant ...

Make sure you do everything with them together, feed them at the same time, put them down to sleep at the same time etc. It will make things much easier.
Well, I don't really have advice...it isn't going to be easy but you can do it! Make sure the dad pays child support!
