If you could give a teenager your most valuable advice, what would it be?

If you could give a teenager your most valuable advice, what would it be?

please be honest.. thank youIf you could give a teenager your most valuable advice, what would it be?
Never, never, never believe that you are truly in love until you are at least 21. And even more important, be aware that in ten years that of your five ';best friends'; that you have today you might still be in contact with one, maybe two at the most. If you could give a teenager your most valuable advice, what would it be?
After a talk about sex and avoiding pregnancy, I would tell the teenager to learn to plan. That is the single most important tool that successful people do. That's how you can pay off your home in 15 years, have a job you like, etc. etc. Of course, plans change, so you have to be flexible, but when they talk about knowing where you want to be in 5, 10, 15 years, there is a reason why they ask that. It makes a difference.
Cherish your childhood. Don't try to grow up too fast. And when you finally do grow, latch on to just a small portion of it and hold on for dear life because adulthood with zero innocence is no fun at all.

I know it's a little cliche, but I really do think it's the most important advice any teen can have.
No matter what the problem may be, if you have something you need to talk about, you can come to me - I wont get angry or mad or upset at you, and i wont tell anyione else what you said - i want you to know that no matter what i am here for you as a friend as well as your parent. And stay true to this, these was nothing better than having my mum there for me when i was going though boyfriend troubles etc and to educate me honestly when i asked difficult questions, my life has gone in such a great direction because of the relationship and trust i had with my parents and i believe this is the most important thing
When you are feeling overwhelmed, remember:

Inch by inch, it's a cinch, mile by mile, it's a trial.

Keep your head where your feet are (in other words, try not to think too far ahead, stick to what you need to do one step at a time).

Life is a cycle of hills and valleys. You are not stuck in your valley forever, though it seems that way---it is not. Say to yourself, ';this too shall pass';.

Be patient with yourself and others. Remember, nobody's perfect.

All we can do is do our best.

there is life after highschool and it is great!!!

don't take anything so seriously

DO YOU, and dont care what other people think of you. highschool is a big mess of cliques and people with nothing better do to but gossip and talk about pointless ****.

have fun and be careful

and wait to have sex until you're with someone you really truley care about, not because everyone else is.

take lots of pictures :)
LIfe gets better, suck up problems, bask in good times, laugh when your happy and cry when your sad and never let anyone think that they're better than you. Cause' they aren't.

Fight for what you beleive in, and difference is power.

Life life to the fullest potential, but ';live without regrets.';

Thats it.
until you have made yourself the best possible person that you can be for you, then you can offer yourself to another.

Work on you first, then when you become one with another, then you will do no injustice with any relationship you participate in.
enjoy being a teenager and try everything around you. get good grades. date lots of girls/guys. dont be too serious about anything you do. be open to anything different. be willing do drop even your most cherished beliefs if you discover them false. and have fun.
Make the most friends you can WITHOUT being in a relationship!! Don't depend on bf's/gf's to build a frienship base. Most of the time, the gf or bf will be gone, but the friends will be there! 10 years from now, who's really going to care what you are up to - your friends!!
Well I'm a teenager so don't trust me, but I just read Poor Richard's Almanack and it had a LOT of great advice. What's especially interesting is that it was written like 250 years ago and it still applies today. =)
The most valuable advice I could give is, to just live in the moment, but no matter what be true to yourself. Dont change who you are for anyone or anything, because your TRUE friends are gonna stick with you the entire time. =)
Show respect, be on time, and work hard. You will be ahead of 80% of the teenagers and 30% of the adults. You can become very successful following this advice.
dont become a sheep!

dont follow the herd. Stand out from the herd.

Drugs, Alcohol and Sex dont make you popular.

listen to your ******** parents for once.

and you are yourself and you cant change, just be happy.

don't do drugs stay in school and don't have sex just for the fun of it

be who you are and don't change for any1
Everyone that says that high school will be the best period of your life, undeniably sucked during high school.
Question EVERYTHING!!!

Don't believe everything you hear, at face value.
i'd say...

Chill out, your normal, there's nothing you have to do and there's nothing to worry about
Lol im 14 LOL i would sayy,, b*tches who are b*tches will alwayz be b*tches :P %26amp;%26amp; Live like theres no tommoro ,, for real ,,
don't look at everything with rose coloured glasses on, nothings perfect
That depends on what was need to be understood about a question that is to be asked.
