Worried Teenager, just some advice or ideas please?..?

Ok im 18 years old my boyfriend is 20. i started the pill round about a month ago, everything was fine, i had no period. so i slept with my boyfriend without a condom about 6 days into starting the pill, im nearly 100% sure he didnt finish! about a week after that i started gettin brown discharge, then about a week after that i got blood spotting which then turned into heavy and very painful bleeding. Im jus wondering what could be the problem? i have stopped taking the pill. but im jus wanting some advice. before i started the pill me and my boyfriend had slept wit each other about 6 times but we always used a condom. please help me? Basially i want to know could i be pregnant from sleeping with my boyfriend when i wasnt on the pill? but i dont know how we used a condom..Worried Teenager, just some advice or ideas please?..?
Most likely it was your body adjusting to the pill. Chances of pregnancy when a condom is used are very very slim.

You shouldn't have stopped taking the pill so soon. I would talk to your doctor and see if there is another type of pill you could try that would be easier on your system.

Good luck!Worried Teenager, just some advice or ideas please?..?
no glove no love
The symptoms sound early but it could be an STD?

And I hope I'm not right I'm probably not so don't worry but you should go to a doctor to be safe
well, if you have had discharge and blood spotting after having sex, i would say that you are not pregnant

and condoms aren't 100% affective, you need to know that

i would recommend going to a doctor. they could give you definite answers

good luck
Um, youre supposed to be taking the pill EVERY day at the same time for THIRTY days before you start having unprotected sex. My friend got pregnant after two weeks on the pill because she didn't follow the directions.

You might have miscarried. That what happened to me when I miscarried, I bled a lot and had horrible cramps. Take a preg test and see if it comes out +, then you might have had a miscarriage. If you had, you need surgery, if that is what a dialation and cutterage is considered.

Start a NEW BC pack when you stop bleeding, WAIT 30 days to have unprotected sex.
Hi sweetie, well my doctor told me when i was on the pill that you are not safe for 3 months when starting the pill. You could be pregnant, the only way to know is to go see the doctor as soon as possible. I can see why you would have heavy bleeding. Heavy bleeding during pregnancy is definately not a good sign so if you are you need to see the doc right away! I hope all is well with you and you figure everything out !! best of luck to you
go to the doctors.

I would say go to the Dr. It might be something and it could be nothing. It was probably that since you had just started the pill your body hadn't registered it in yet. Idk. I say go to the Dr.
no possible, however you should see your ob-gyn cause the pill is a hormone and it can regulate your periods so the prescription may be too strong or not strong enough.
The first thing you need to do is take a pregnancy test, pronto. Visiting a Planned Parenthood closest to you is probably the best option, but you can get very cheap ones at any drugstore (or even the Dollar Store!) these days.

The discharge you experienced may very well have been a miscarriage.

It doesn't matter if your boyfriend ';finished'; or not...sperm can leak out during the course of sex, causing you to get pregnant. Also, your OB/GYN should have told you that you were not safe from unplanned pregnancy until you had completed at least one full month's course of the birth control pills. So, long story short, yes, you could be pregnant, so go see your doctor as soon as possible!!
if you didn't use a condom, precum can easily get into your vagina. It spills out much earlier than the whole boatload and nearly unnoticeable. That '100%' sure is a 0%.
no you cant be bcause your bleed ing so im going to guess NO!!!

hope this helps
sounds weird and strange and also sounds like your paranoid

i never heard of anything like this so i would suggest just going to

see a doctor and telling him/her about this to make sure everything

is okay and since your 18 everything will be completely confidental

and they cant and wont tell your parents.

its better to be safe then sorry, so i would just go.
Well, either it was your body adjusting to the pill, or you had a miscarriage- sometimes women miscarry without ever knowing they were pregnant. But it was probably just your body adjusting. The pill can do weird things.
Let me get this straight, you started the pill then stopped becasue you spotted right? Did you take the pill the same time every day? If not or if you missed a dose you would start to spot. I would guess you should really decide if you are mature enough to take the pill or have unprotected sex. I am not judging, but if you are worried enough to even have this thought or stop the pill then you have another worry. Decide if sex is worth what you are going through right now? You are probably not pregnant, just scared.
Your period can be a little, well, off when you first go on the pill. That isn't a cause for concern. You should, however, take a pregnancy test to see if you're pregnant. Condoms do fail once in a while!

At your age, an unplanned pregnancy could change the entire course of your life. Get back on the pill (try a different one if you have spotting or side effects) AND use a condom. Better safe than sorry.
I don't think you have anything to worry about. If you are on the first pack of pills, usually it takes your body 1-3 months to get used to it. So unfortunately you may get irregular periods until your body gets used to the hormones.
GO TO THE DR
oh god, dude you're probably pregnant, because i think that's what happens when you are pregnant. why won't you take a pregnancy test ?
Sadly, I have had many friends that have actually skipped days in taking their medication. A condum is also about 90% effective. Honestly, from what your telling me, I don't believe pregnancy is the thing to worry about. If your beginning to bleed that usually almost indicates that the uterus lining is breaking down and the egg is being flushed out. (Normal). I do suggest though that you do see a doctor for safety precautions and for self-benefit. Hope I helped.
Go to the doctor immediately
That doesn't sound like your pregnant, it sounds like you have an infection or just a heavy period. You can get a bit of that brown color right before or after you period. I would go to the doctor just for the peace of mind.
You could easily be prego honey.

The pill doesn't automaticly just start working. It works over time.

You should go get the emergency thing if it is before 72 hours after this occured.. It is now over the counter.
