Story: I go to my brother's basketball games. A few guys on his team have expressed interest in me. I'm getting alot of attention from them. I'm not use to this kind of attention. This one guy on the team is really cute and funny. I think I like him. He flirts with me and I sort of just give him the cold shoulder because idk what to do and how to act around him. The bigger problem is that my parents are always around and they don't let me date because they are really strict. My brother might freak out if he found out. If you respect your parents, you can't date him unfortunately. BUT... continue to talk to him at school. Maybe a little mild flirtation to see if he throws some back.
Start really casually... ';Hey! I saw you at the game the other night... you did great.';
Maybe he'll mention how quiet you were... say you had some really stressful assignment given to you at the last minute in your last class and it bummed you out. I don't know... something like that. Then you can talk about the assignment, but don't seem like a bummer. Guys like girls that are confident and upbeat.

Just be honest, and tell your parents that you think that it is time that you be allowed to have a boyfriend.
If your brother found out would he tell your parents? In that case not worth it.
if you are serious in this matter, take risks, tell your brother first
