Whey protein advice for teenager?

Hi I'm 14 and thinking about taking whey protein shakes. My aim is to lose some fat and also gain some muscle and I know u have to excercise in order for this to come true. Can u please tell me what excercise amount I'd need to being a day (don't go over the top), also how many scoops and the amount of water I should be using and then tell me your opinion on me taking this in the first place. And any additional info. U wanna put cause I know u all want to :P Thank you.Whey protein advice for teenager?

Don't be cheap and get some stuff at walmart, it tastes terrible.

hey man! have about a scoop before workout and a scoop after!..


but consume other types of protein in your diet form actuall food and not shakes such as fish chicken beans!


a good ammount of protein dailty would be 1 gram per lb (pound) of body weight any more your body just stores as fat

Stick with whole food proteins!!! if you are going to take whey, only use 35-40 grams a day. Find a quality whey product.
If you follow advertising, you will die young.
